Waiver:
The CYSA will attempt to accommodate all interested players, however registration is first come, first serve and we cannot guarantee players’ request to be on the same team. The CYSA reserves the right to move players among teams in the same community for the purpose of balancing skill levels and ensuring competitive fun play .Players must wear the issued batters helmets and uniforms, and absolutely NO open-toed shoes allowed. It is the parents or guardians responsibility to know the rules of the CYSA and that their child is in good physical health, The undersigned parent/guardian acknowledges that baseball is not without risk of personal injury. While every effort is made to ensure your child has a safe, fun and enjoyable season, there remains an element of risk. Your signature acknowledges that risk and relieves the coaching staff, volunteers, CYSA, The Bethany Athletic Society, the communities of Bethany, Millbrook , Pontypool, and Janetville, and the district softball association of any liabilities in connection with this baseball activity. This includes, but not limited to regular games, practices, tournaments, and travel to and from these games. Permission is hereby granted to seek medical and or hospital care for the child noted above if and when such care is deemed necessary by the coaching, umpiring or convening personnel.

Online Payment
The Bethany Athletic Society does not keep or retain any Credit Card details. Payments are made through PayPal and is handled by PayPal's secure servers to process any and all registration payments. Once you click Submit you will be taken to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. Once Complete you will be sent back to the Bethanypark.ca homepage.
