Community Youth Softball Association- CYSA
Code of conduct
Coaches and assistant coaches serve in a voluntary capacity and will be subject to a code of conduct. you are responsible for the care and well being of the youth on your team and how you represent yourself and your team in the league.
Above all the coaches shall be governed by standards of good sportsmanship.
Specifically, the following behaviour is prohibited
-
No Physical contact or intent to injure is allowed
-
NO Profanity
-
NO abusive language
-
NO Taunting of umpires- Their call is final call. ( Disputes contact your community Rep)

NO smoking during practice or games while on the field or bench area
-
NO fighting
-
NO alcoholic beverages consumed prior or during practice/or practice
-
NO taunting of opposition players- unacceptable
Coaches will lead by example, provide a safe play situation, demonstrate sportsmanship and place the well being of the youth ahead of any personal desire to win. Any violation or complaint from other league members or parents from your team will result in a warning or possible suspension.
