RENT THE BETHANY PARK
Includes use of:

enclosed pavilion
-
tables, lights, hydro
-
washroom facilities
-
entire park grounds - field, baseball diamond, playground equipment

parking lot
Rental Fees:
-
Security Deposit - $100
-
Damage Deposit - $500
-
1-Day Park Rental - $200
-
Special Functions - $25 per hour
(i.e. luncheons, birthday, baseball practice)​

Cancellations - less than 5 days notice will result in BAS retaining security deposit
RENTAL DETAILS
- All renters must agree and sign to the terms in the BAS Rental Agreement - download here (PDF)
- All rentals are based on availability of the park and shall not restrict our Youth Softball league schedule.
- All litter and waste cans MUST BE EMPTIED by the end of the rental time and bags be placed in the wooden container in the parking lot
- If special permits or insurance are required for an event, the Renter takes on all responsibilities for obtaining said permits and insurances.
- All fees must be paid in advance of the rental date, details in the rental agreement
- It is the Renters responsibility to insure that the park is left the same way that it was found - an additional damage fee may be applied at the BAS' discretion
